S&C Recruitment works with luxury residential buildings and 4/5* hotels across London and are currently hiring temporary concierges.
The daily duties will depend on the setting in which you work. In general, the duties and responsibilities include.
Managing the concierge team to ensure that the standards of service are being met.
Communicating with the Front Office Manager regularly to provide a consistent approach to the guests.
Understanding and knowing the local area (providing specific recommendations and bookings) and maintaining knowledge of the clients’ premises plus all other services.
Always ensuring effective security of residents and the building including manning any CCTV and aid the smooth running of car parking facilities.
Carry out regular patrols of the entire building and report any faults and/or security breaches found to the Building Manager.

SIA Licence (not essential for all clients)
