Job Description
We are looking for end of tenancy cleaning operatives to join our team at S&C Recruitment with immediate start. This role offers high flexibility and would suit those looking to pick up extra hours around their current work patterns or around childcare responsibilities.
End of tenancy cleaning is extensive as it includes the deep cleaning of all rooms, furniture, cleaning of oven, hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer, internal windows, door frames, skirting boards, windowsills, baths, showers, toilets and sinks. You will also be tackling built-up problems like limescale, grease and mould using all your knowledge and skill to bring about the best possible result and high standards of cleaning.
You must be able to;
- Operate to checklists and defined scope of works
- Undertake job completion report including taking photos before and after.
- Work efficiently to time schedules
- Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- High levels of self-motivation, the ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision
- Be physically fit with the ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
